What we collect
When you complete our enquiry form or contact us directly we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us in your message. If you visit our website we may also collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver the services you request and keep records of the work we carry out. Our lawful bases are your consent (when you send an enquiry), the performance of a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website and send email (for example our website hosting and email delivery providers), and with anyone we are legally required to share it with.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for up to 7 years to meet legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
