These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Ambiente FM Ltd.
Using this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not form part of any contract and may change without notice.
Quotations and bookings
Quotations are free and given without obligation. A quotation is based on the information and site access available to us at the time and remains valid for 30 days. Work is confirmed once you accept a quotation in writing and we agree a date.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Where a job requires specialist waste disposal or materials, those costs are set out in the quotation.
Cancellations and access
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If our team cannot gain access to the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
Insurance and liability
We are fully insured and all staff are DBS-checked. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
